At Trinity West, homeowners are just a short walk or bike ride from the multi-million dollar James P. Gills Family YMCA, the Morton Plant Mease Outpatient Center and Health Campus, and Trinity College. Schools, shopping and Trinity’s highly regarded, semi-private Fox Hollow Golf Course are literally just down the street. Almost everything else that makes Tampa Bay a great place to live is also within easy driving distance.

The showpiece of the community is the elegant 18,000 square foot country club with its own restaurant, activity rooms, fitness center, auditorium, soft surface tennis courts, bocce courts and a heated pool and spa. A full-time social director is on staff to plan activities and events. The 18-hole, semi-private, championship golf course was designed by Ron Garl and is equipped with its own driving range and practice area. Membership in the golf and country club is included with the purchase of every new home at Heritage Springs.

Beyond the charming trelliswork and the elegant pillars that adorn Fox Wood’s entrance is a village that is now home to over 900 families enjoying beautiful backyard views of stately cypress bayheads or tranquil ponds.

Fox Wood was the first village within Trinity to include its own community parks. The original Fox Wood Park features a beautiful picnic pavilion, a quarter-mile jogging trail, a basketball court, an open skating area and numerous picnic areas with barbecue grills. In 2000, a second community park with picnic areas, swings and other playground equipment was added. Both parks are open to all Fox Wood residents.

Fox Hollow was the first Trinity neighborhood to be created along the scenic rolling fairways of the Fox Hollow Golf Course. The Fox Hollow Golf Club with its casual restaurant, Windows on the Green, is open to the public, and only those who use the facility pay for its services.

The villages of Fox Hollow include Bellerive, Hampton Cove, Peachtree, Upper Montclair, Spyglass, Inverrary, Fairview, Laurel Green and St. George. A neighborhood of approximately 400 homes, Fox Hollow features single family homes, maintenance free villas and townhomes. While most of these neighborhoods are complete now, there are still some pretty homesites available in St. George, Trinity's villa community. Resale homes in these popular neighborhoods are sometimes available, but typically they are snapped up quickly.

Trinity Oaks, a neighborhood of 248 acres, was the first area within Trinity to be developed. Huge cypress reserves grace this part of the property, providing many of the 420 homeowners here with a pristine and private backyard view. Residents say the gently curving streets, the friendliness of the neighbors and the community pride evident in homeowners’ neatly manicured lawns attracted them to this part of the community.

Its residents, the pioneers of the community, started a number of social organizations that are now open to all Trinity residents. Originally established to get neighbors involved and provide a comfortable setting to meet others, these clubs have helped make the homeowners here a more cohesive group.
